Biosense Webster (Israel) Ltd., a Johnson & Johnson company, and a worldwide leader in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, successfully implemented the complete platform of DPROS’ SOX tool.
The solution implemented comprised all tools within the SOX’s suite: Manager, Publisher, Changer and SOX.
Biosense was looking to combine a SAP based and non-SAP based system together. It is a fully driven industry proven solution, yet flexible enough to be easily customized to Biosense’ specific business processes.

The SOX tool enables:

DPROS’ Publisher with Changer allowed Biosense to publish reports and sensitive changes to the log data.

Telit Wireless Solutions, is an enabler of the global machine-to-machine (m2m) movement , successfully deployed DPROS’ Purchase orders workflows in its SAP system. The workflow is complemented by the renowned OnTheGo Approval mobile application.

Telit was looking for a SAP based, a mobile solution to purchase orders approval cycle.

DPROS IDOC @ Clalit

Clalit Health Services, Israel’s largest health organization, implemented DPROS’ IDoc Express viewer, to control thousands daily created IDocs in their WM system.

The decentralized SAP Warehouse Management (WM) installed at Clalit, heavily leans on IDocs. IDocs are being used both internally for WM processes and externally to communicate with other systems. Transfer Orders (TOs) are sent as IDocs by the main Clalit SAP instance and feedback is sent back as IDocs. The WM also relies on automatic (robotic) warehouse system and communicate with it by moving IDocs back and forth.

These IDocs ‘talk’ in different languages (e.g., material could be referred differently in each system) and may belong to different processes. Hence, tracking back a specific IDocs to debug an error turns into nightmare. For Clalit, it was crucial to implement a robust and comprehensive solution in a short timeframe.

IDoc Express viewer allows Clalit users to intuitively and instantaneously search the IDocs repository for any required IDocs-It simplifies the search and accelerates it at the same time enabling Clalit to drastically reduce processing cycle time and accelerate business results.

DPROS optimizes SES process @ Shufersal

Shufersal Ltd., Israel’s largest retail chain, selected SES (Service Entry Sheet) workflow with integrated OnTheGo Approval tool. The implementation speeds up and optimizes performance, enhances overall visibility and delivers an effective management and collaboration solution for Shufersal employees.
A new SES (Service Entry Sheet) creation is the process of entering and accepting specific services in external services by an external vendor. It involves creating and processing of vendor invoice and SES approval by the relevant approver entity within Shufersal. Shufersal works with hundreds of vendors, the number constantly increasing.
Before implementing DPROS’ solution, senior managers (that are always the last approver) complained about the cumbersome process. In the old process, at the end of the SES approval and release process an accounting sheet was created. Thus, the last approver (usually a senior manager) has to release numerous SESs, one by one, to each vendor individually.
DPROS solution offers immediate advantages:
• Each approver receives SESs complemented by full relevant decision support information either to the mail or mobile
• E-mail or mobile approval, anytime, regardless to the real-time/offline access and without having to be connected in real-time to the SAP system
